The L-shaped holding frame guided by roller should be changed into Z-shaped holding frame guided by ferrule edge. When the bearing rotates at high speed, the vibration amplitude of the holder with large pocket clearance is much larger than that with small pocket clearance, so the value of pocket clearance is particularly important.


It is beneficial to reduce the noise caused by the collision or friction between the rolling body and the holding frame. Actively adopt advanced cleaning technology to stop effective and thorough cleaning of spare parts and assembled products, and improve the cleanliness of bearings.


When the bearing operates under the radial load, only a few rolling elements in it accept the load. Because of the "spring" support formed by the elastic contact with the ferrule, the rolling element vibrates periodically after the radial load action line, and the center of the rotating shaft will move vertically up and down or move in a certain direction, causing noise at the same time. This kind of vibration is called rolling body after vibration, especially at low speed.


The amplitude is related to the type of bearing, radial load, radial clearance and the number of rolling elements. Generally, the amplitude is small, if the amplitude is large, it will constitute a hazard. Therefore, it is often used to reduce the small diameter to the clearance or to apply appropriate preload.
